Set in the influential New York music scene of the early 1960s, A Complete Unknown follows 19-year-old Minnesota musician Bob Dylan, who rose to fame in concert halls and on the charts as a folk singer—his songs and mystique a worldwide sensation—in 1965 at the Newport Beach. It culminated in a pioneering performance of electric rock and roll at the Folk Festival.
