An interesting concept that the writers have skillfully used
Dalmais), Clément Ducol and Jacques Audiard Starring Zoe Saldana. It’s a musical, so be prepared to see a few songs here and there in the dialogue. It’s a unique story that keeps you guessing and wondering what’s going to happen next.
The acting and casting are spot on
The flow of the film is handled delicately in the beginning, but it takes on a slower pace later on, which I think is to ground the character development and build emotional appeal. I won’t comment on the ending, as that would dictate it and ruin the anticipation that’s been so carefully built. This is definitely not a typical film.
The cinematography and direction are also commendable
I would say you’ll be shocked every now and then, but you’ll get used to it at some point, especially with the quirky characters and bold story.
