When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel and Bill Lawrence were asked how they got Harrison Ford on the show, Segel said Goldstein originally wanted a “Harrison Ford type” and wanted to audition people similar to Ford. Segel told Goldstein they would have to at least suggest it to Ford first, thinking he would immediately decline, but at least other people would know Harrison Ford was tapped for the project, which sparked interest from other big-name actors.

Goldstein still doesn’t understand how he convinced him, but was thrilled nonetheless.. Shrinking was every bit as good as I hoped it would be.
Well, I just finished watching it and it not only met but exceeded my expectations
I was initially keen to watch it when I saw it starred Harrison Ford and Jason Segal, but then after reading all the positive reviews and seeing the trailer, my excitement grew even more. I’m not saying it’s the best show of the year, but it’s an original feel-good comedy that will have you laughing throughout each episode.
